Mosaics can be made in different ways. All but natural stone mosaic at The Mosaic Factory is made in moulds with the shape of the final mosaic tile. This applies to ceramic mosaic and glass mosaic.

A glass mosaic tile, like ceramic mosaic, is made using a hard plastic mould. In the case of the TMF Valencia collection, this differs. This collection is also made of glass but from a mix of recycled glass.
